As an ambassador for our client, you will embody their core values of Together, Profitable, Growth & Sustainable. You will be responsible for various crucial tasks, including inbound shipment administration. This involves monitoring and maintaining inbound shipment records, effectively communicating with external carriers, and ensuring timely deliveries. You will verify shipment accuracy, and prepare stock for processing


In addition to shipment administration, you will support the UK Stock Controller in categorising and storing stock into the correct location, as well as processing transactions in SAP. Attention to detail is crucial as you carry out weekly stock cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate records of loan and sample equipment.


Order processing is also a key responsibility of this role. You will assist, when necessary in picking and packing orders, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery to customers. Allocation of stock to outbound sales orders in SAP will be part of your duties.


As part of the stock & warehouse team, maintaining a neat and tidy warehouse space is essential, adhering to safety and organisational standards. Additionally, you will attend team operations meetings, contribute insights, and participate in collaborative discussions. By working closely with the Operations Manager, you will generate warehouse reports to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.


Our client values continuous learning and welcomes your suggestions and ideas for improving work processes and software systems. They are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in an operations/warehouse environment, preferably working with a high SKU/material count. Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, is required. A proactive and solution-based approach to work, along with excellent communication skills, will contribute to your success in this role.
