JOB TITLE: Receptionist
LOCATION: Maidstone with free parking
SALARY: £12.33 ph
END DATE: End of August
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm OR 9am - 5pm
START: Immediately
Office Angels are proud to be working with this successful local business in their search for a Receptionist. This is a temporary position starting immediately so please only apply if you can start within a few days.
The day to day duties in this role would be:
- Based on a reception desk
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering calls to the office and taking messages
- Directing visitors to the correct meeting rooms located on site
- Keeping the area neat and tidy
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- A professional telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Experience in a reception based role
- A can do and team player attitude
- Hold a current DBS check
