Duration: Long term ongoing basis - minimum 3 months commitment required


Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM


Salary: £12.00 per hour

Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a temporary receptionist role? We have an exciting opportunity available for you!


Responsibilities include:



  • Being the first point of contact for visitors by greeting them warmly and directing them to their meeting rooms.

  • Providing support to visitors by offering refreshments such as coffee, tea, or water.

  • Managing incoming calls and distributing mail and courier packages to the team.


Additional duties include:



  • Scanning, copying, and filing documents in the server.

  • Ensuring the meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and prepared before and after each meeting.

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical devices, contacting external services when necessary.


You will also be responsible for:



  • Keeping track of office consumables, including supplies, kitchen essentials, and ordering catering for meetings.

  • Assisting employees and the Country Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
