⏰ Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5.30pm


What you'll be doing: πŸ“…βœˆοΈπŸ’ΌπŸ“



  • Managing extensive diaries and travel arrangements for the Board Directors.

  • Handling expenses, completing ad hoc project tasks, and assisting with administrative duties.

  • Participating in wider team activities and providing personal admin support when needed.


What you'll bring to the table: πŸŒŸπŸ™Œ



  • Previous/current experience as a Personal Assistant, enabling you to confidently hit the ground running.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, adapting to change in a flexible and proactive manner.

  • Strong organisational skills, always one step ahead with excellent foresight.

  • Comfortable working with board directors and senior leadership teams, showcasing your friendly and approachable nature.


To be successful, you should have: πŸ’ΌπŸ‘₯πŸ’»



  • Good interpersonal skills, as you'll be working closely with the wider teams of each Director.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Some event management experience would be a plus!
