Our client is looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to join their luxury organisation to provide a 5* service to their new and existing customers. This role is hands on and hectic so the ideal candidate will be confident and comfortable in a busy environment. This is a part time role working up to 3 days a week but this can fluctuate in busier periods so you MUST be flexible.

What you will be doing…



  • Main Glass doors are clean

  • Vacuum the rest of the wooden flooring are of the lounge & welcome matt and two small red ones

  • Dust the skirting board and dado rail

  • Ensure the seats are clear of dust

  • The wooden floor is clean and free of spillages

  • Dust the poster pictures, mirrors, and television

  • Dust the brochure rake & Wisi machine

  • Dust the check in desk

  • Clean the toilet and sink

  • Place hand towels and toilet paper

  • Replenish liquid soap and hand cream

  • Dust the counter and mirror

  • Are All Ceiling Lights Working

  • Is The Telephone/Answer Phone Working

  • Is The Printer / Computer Working

  • Are The Cupboards / Draws in Good Repair

  • Is The Bin Empty / Presentable

  • Dust the stages and make sure they are well maintained and lights are all working



To be successful in this role you will have…



  • Welcome our clients and assist with questions and queries

  • To be punctual, polite, and helpful.

  • Well presented

  • Familiarise themselves with the company's properties

  • To be flexible on the times of their duties (if delayed)

  • Take photographs of our clients as requested

  • Help with drinks service in the lounge if required (just soft drinks)
