We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Guest Experience Coordinator to join a prestigious luxury organisation. With a strong commitment to delivering a five-star experience, our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in providing top-notch service. This part-time role (up to 3 days a week) offers flexibility, although hours may vary during busy periods.

Dates:


17th July 7am - 11am


18th July - 9am - 1pm


20th July 9am - 1pm


21st July 9am - 1pm


24th July - 7am - 11am



Responsibilities:


✨ Maintain a clean and welcoming entrance to the premises, including the main glass doors and wooden flooring.


✨ Ensure all seating areas are clear of dust and well-maintained.


✨ Dust and clean various surfaces, including skirting boards, posters, mirrors, and brochures.


✨ Keep the check-in desk tidy and presentable.


✨ Ensure the toilet and sink are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.


✨ Check and maintain the functionality of essential equipment such as lights, telephones, printers, and computers.


✨ Assist in organising and maintaining stages, ensuring all lights are working.


To succeed in this role, you should:

🌟 Be punctual, polite, and helpful in all interactions.


🌟 Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.


🌟 Familiarise yourself with the organisation's properties and services.


🌟 Be flexible with your schedule, understanding the occasional need for adjusted working hours.


🌟 Be willing to take photographs of guests upon request.


🌟 Assist with drink service in the lounge when necessary (non-alcoholic beverages only).
