📊 Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare, analyse, and report monthly management accounts, providing detailed commentary on variances and financial movements.


• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic business goals.


• Develop, track, and present key performance indicators (KPIs), offering valuable insights on operational and financial performance.


• Conduct detailed variance analysis, effectively identifying and communicating key drivers to senior stakeholders.


• Support strategic initiatives through scenario modelling and long-term financial planning.


• Provide ad hoc analysis to deliver critical financial insights to the Head of FP&A and business leads.


• Collaborate with senior management and key business leads, delivering data-driven insights and contributing to strategic decision-making.


• Champion process improvements within financial reporting and analysis, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Required qualifications and experience:

• Ideally ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified. Candidates actively studying with only a few exams remaining are also welcome to apply.


• Proven experience in a commercial finance or management accounts role, with robust expertise in month-end processes, management accounts, forecasting, and budgeting.


• Experience within a relevant industry setting is essential, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced environment.


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, coupled with proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.


• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
