Role Overview:
As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the business. Your responsibilities will include providing professional reception duties, ensuring a clean and tidy office space, answering and redirecting calls, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and supporting the Directors with administrative tasks.
Personal Attributes:
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to tasks
- Proactive and able to work unsupervised
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong data input skills
- Excellent telephone manners and professional communication style
- Desires to build strong relationships with all staff
Experince:
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and Word
Key Result Areas:
- Maintain an organised and clean reception area and office space
- Conduct weekly inventory checks to ensure stock levels remain adequate
- Promptly address any office maintenance issues
- Answer calls and greet visitors professionally
- Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently, with no delays
- Adhere to GDPR regulations, maintaining full compliance

- Support colleagues and other departments when required
