Our client, an Accountancy Firm is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their dynamic team. Duties:


As a Team Assistant, you will provide vital support to a Partner and the team, ensuring seamless office operations and facilitating effective communication. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Assisting with office administration tasks such as producing letters, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes.

  • Managing the partner's diary, scheduling meetings, and appointments, and making travel arrangements.

  • Handling general administration duties like printing, filing, scanning, and documentation.

  • Responding to phone calls, welcoming visitors, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Utilising various software tools, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Undertaking additional ad hoc tasks as required by the team.

  • Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to improve internal processes.

  • Liaising with other staff within their group of companies.


In addition to your Team Assistant responsibilities, you will also serve as a Personal Assistant to one of their directors. This role will involve a mix of business-related and personal administrative tasks, including:



  • Booking flights and managing trips.

  • Assisting with diary management.

  • Visiting properties in the Ascot area for agent and tradespeople interactions - travel paid for.

  • Providing personal admin support and managing appointments.


As part of their team, you will have the opportunity to take on additional duties and expand your skill set. These may include:



  • Supporting the marketing and PR team with tasks such as creating PowerPoints, presentations, brochures, designs, and proposals.

  • Assisting with sales administration, including following up with clients, organising leads, and finalising the sales process.

  • Providing project support, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and to a high standard.

  • Attending social events and dinners with clients and prospects.


Requirements:



  • Must be able to drive to Ascot once a month when needed - travel paid for.

  • Must have previous experience working within an Team Assistant position.

  • Any Personal Assistant experience is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written abilities.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

  • Positive, proactive, and professional approach.

  • Willingness to learn and be flexible.
