Salary: up to £38,000pa + monthly bonuses


Based: Guildford and on client site


Driver is essential


Hours: 8am to 5pm


Our client who are leaders in their field, are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will make a significant impact on their future success!


As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to join their team. They are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys building relationships, and has a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, and establish recruitment plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment processes to identify the most suitable individuals for each position.

  • Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and create a robust talent pipeline.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent acquisition partners to ensure a diverse and high-quality pool of candidates.

  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote our company's unique culture and values, both internally and externally.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practises in recruitment, and recommend improvements to optimise the recruitment process.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Previous experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within engineering or a similar industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent for various positions.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, methodologies, and best practises.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.

  • A proactive and positive attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills.
