Job Title: Temp to Perm School Administrator
Location: Croydon
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 4:30pm (Non-negotiable)
Salary: £13.50/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Administrator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience and be able to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the school staff and management.
- Manage reception duties, ensuring the reception area is open to visitors at 7:45am.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain and update school records and databases.
- Assist with the organization of school events and activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience is essential.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Bromcom is highly desired.
