Duties
- Booking jobs onto the system, ensuring all necessary details are recorded accurately
- Overseeing and responding to the shared mailbox
- Arranging hire equipment and coordinating logistics for jobs
- Planning the schedule for electricians, optimising efficiency and minimising downtime
- Updating clients on the progress of works, maintaining clear and effective communication
- Sending completed paperwork onto client
- Raising and sending invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensuring all SLA's set by the client are met
- Ensuring compliance is up to date and accurate
- Dealing with enquiries and queries promptly and professionally
- Liaising with clients via email and phone, providing outstanding customer service
- Ordering materials and parts for each job, ensuring availability and timely delivery
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results
The ideal candidate
- You'll have proven experience in a similar administrative role
- You'll have excellent organisational and time management skills
- You'll have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- You are Proficient in MS Office Suite
- You'll have the ability to work well within a team
- You are confident and proactive
