Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm fully office based

Our client, a leading provider in the compressed air industry, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Watford. If you are ready to take on a dynamic role that combines customer service, sales, and administrative tasks, this opportunity is perfect for you!


📋 Here's a summary of what you'll be doing:



  • Managing the entire sales process for spare parts, from enquiry to invoicing.

  • Identifying customer requirements, providing solutions, and preparing quotations within specified time and budget.

  • Creating job orders and ensuring materials are sourced at the best prices.

  • Placing orders through our efficient Clik software system.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.

  • Assisting with stock management in our warehouse.

  • Updating and managing e-commerce sites and sales platforms.

  • Ensuring effective communication with all departments to contribute to the overall success of the company.
