Sales Administrator-Up to £30,000!


Job Title: Sales Administrator


Location: Sowerby Bridge - HX6- Free on-site parking


Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm


Start Date: ASAP


Duration: Ongoing - potential to go permanent for the right candidate


Pay Rate: £14.00- £15.38 per hour


Office Angels are supporting a company based in Sowerby Bridge who are looking for someone to come and join their friendly team! You will be supporting with the Sales Administration as well as supporting customers with any queries they may have.


Main duties:



  • Answering customers telephone queries

  • Ensuring sales documentation are kept up to date, managed correctly with high attention to detail

  • Collaborating with the wider Sales Team to make sure current and future orders, client's requirements, and proposals are met on time and smoothly.

  • Processing orders

  • Raising quotations

  • Undertaking administrative processes involved in commercial strategy and client supply agreements and order amendments.

  • Creating and delivering regular reports

  • Assisting in growing the business with up selling of products

  • Occasional travel within the UK and Europe

  • To ensure that the quality and specifications of all products are correct

  • Ensure Health and Safety and Environmental standards are adhered to


Skills and experience required:



  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office packages

  • Experience working as a sales administrator or similar role is essential.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and business colleagues.

  • Understanding of numeric data - Excel Spreadsheet

  • IT Literate- Outlook, CRM Systems- Experience with SAP is not essential but would be a bonus
