We are currently seeking a talented Sales Administrator to join the dynamic team of our prestigious client in the heart of Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham.


Job Title: Sales Administrator


Location: Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham


Working Pattern: Full Time - Fully office based


Salary: £24,000 Plus twice-yearly team bonus


Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide excellent support to the Commercial Manager and the sales department.

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries, both over the phone and via email.

  • Prepare and deliver customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

  • Follow up on quotations to drive sales and generate further business growth.

  • Process sales enquiries and orders with efficiency and precision.

  • Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.


Requirements



  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle customer enquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
