An exciting opportunity to join our luxury retail client's retail Squad. This new position will support the Head of Retail, in the execution of the company strategy to deliver a world class experience and brand immersion within all of our monobrand stores across the country.
A varied multifaceted role working with retail opps, merchandising, marketing, product training and sales departments within the UK and on occasions Switzerland HQ, to co-ordinate a best in class result for the company's growing retail footprint.
We are looking for an energetic person with a logical mindset and a can-do spirit, Capacity to multi-task and meet numerous deadlines with good attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisation and communication skills are fundamental. Office based role working out of the West End based Townhouse in London.
Key Duties
� Support the Head of Retail with administrative set up of all new Boutiques
� Ongoing co-ordination and collation of weekly and monthly reports
� Monitor, report and organize the smooth running of Breitling Gift With Purchase Programe
� Monitor, collate and report of the retail KPI data
� Work with Marketing on the collating and utilization of the retail CRM data
� Co-ordinate all stationary/uniforms/sales tools for the boutique network
� Work with the VM team on the execution of all visual animations
� Working with the retail teams on the successful implementation of the micro event plan
� Keeping the retail network informed on brand news to enforce consistency across all touchpoints.
� Supporting the UK Sales Team with implementation of sales tools and assist with training days and 'In the Boutique' training
