Job Role: Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer


Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid)


Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week | 3 days office based, 2 days working from home


Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum PLUS monthly bonus

About you



  • You'll be a strong communicator (both verbal and written)

  • You'll be tenacious and level-headed with real attention to detail skills for important administrative tasks

  • Recruitment is target driven, so you'll enjoy knowing exactly what your individual contribution means in terms of team targets and budgets

About the role



  • Incredibly fast paced and diverse, it will keep you on your toes and no two days will be the same

  • Supporting the recruitment of a pool of Office professionals through advertising, social media, LinkedIn, and the job boards to ensure we always have the Top Talent in the area ready to place into roles

  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media

  • Receiving and reviewing applications; conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for. Another important function is to understand and manage candidates' aspirations to ensure they find the right role

  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants

  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression

  • Generating candidate referrals

  • Administrative compliance; Carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation

  • Responsible for giving the utmost candidate care (sending a thank you card to recognise hard work and commitment, celebrating Temp of the Month, visiting a candidate you've just placed on their first day with a gift and wishes them all the best for their first week, answering candidate queries)

  • Being a champion of marketing - giving briefs to the team on what's being covered and even creating your own campaign that you're passionate about

  • Joining the Consultants on client meetings and lunches
