Job Title: Receptionist!
Location: Farringdon, Office Angels Liverpool Street team!
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £25,000 per annum

Our client, a prestigious organisation in the heart of Clerkenwell, is seeking a Front of House professional to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the day
- Greet tenants and visitors, creating positive first impressions
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Programme access fobs as needed
- Respond to office and building queries from tenants, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Conduct daily visual checks and report any maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager
- Prepare the building for viewings and replenish communal kitchens
- Keep team members informed of your whereabouts to coordinate work efficiently
- Update and maintain building documentation and client directories
- Log client requests in the CRM system and charge additional costs accordingly
- Ensure the security system is up-to-date and produce reports when required
- Assist with client move-ins and move-outs, following checklists
- Support Accounts with access fob deposit returns
- Manage and upload building and client documentation to Dropbox
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proven experience in a front-facing role
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Knowledge of property management systems
- Previous experience in a similar industry
