Receptionist / Front of House
Salary: £28,000 - 32,500 dependent on experience
Location: London Bridge
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Politely greet and assist visitors
- Coordinate with property and facilities management team
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails
- Provide access for property viewings
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception and communal areas
- Manage supplies and stationery for the reception
- Post and parcel collection and deal with large deliveries
- Distribute information to tenants about property matters
- Assist with other duties as requested
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar role in a similar industry is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a positive attitude
