JOB TITLE: Accounts Administrator
LOCATION: Dartford
HOURS: 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday
SALARY: £24,000- £26,000 per year

OFFICE BASED
We are working with the Accounts Manager to find an Accounts Administrator to join a local construction company with various depots across the UK. Working closely with a team of 3/4 people, you will be responsible for a variation of different tasks revolving around the Purchase Ledger department. This role would suit an enthusiastic candidate with some accounts experience looking for the next step up or an opportunity to grow and learn. Responsibilities
- Purchase Ledger- Inputting 300-1000 invoices
- Raising, checking, and sending invoices
- Dealing with invoice enquiries
- Issuing Credit notes
- Liaising with different departments to ensure billing is correct
- Inputting data into system and completing general administration tasks for the department
Skills and attributes necessary
- Previous experience in Invoicing/ Purchase Ledger
- Wanting an opportunity to progress and grow experience in Finance
- Excellent data entry skills
- Fantastic written and spoken communication
