Job Title: Part Time Property Administrator



Location: Exeter



Salary: £25-£30k FTE dependent on experience + bonuses!



Hours: Part time, Core hours are 9.00am-5.30pm, Monday - Friday, flexible dependant on candidate, discussed on application)

The Company: We are representing a local, independent Estate Agency with a highly regarded reputation across Exeter and surrounding areas. They specialise in lettings and value their customer opinions and feedback to help make them a trustworthy, friendly, and reliable agent, providing an excellent personal service.



The Role: As a Property Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing residential properties across the south Devon area, ensuring excellent service to both landlords and tenants, optimising tenant satisfaction, and maintain the integrity of the properties. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative needs of the business, working within a small but might team who all support each other. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about joining an ambitious business and eager to contribute to future success.



Day to Day Duties & Responsibilities:



  • New Property/Owner Onboarding: Facilitate the integration of new properties and owners into company portfolio, ensuring a seamless transition and setting the foundation for strong ongoing relationships.

  • Move-Ins and Move-Outs: Manage all aspects of tenant move-ins and move-outs, including coordinating with tenants, conducting final inspections, and ensuring the property is prepared for new occupancy.

  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular and ad-hoc property inspections to assess the condition of properties and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Organising Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of properties, including scheduling repairs and proactive maintenance, liaising with contractors, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

  • Building/Maintaining Landlord Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for landlords, providing regular updates, handling queries, and fostering strong relationships through excellent service.

  • Administrative Tasks: Handle a variety of administrative tasks related to property management, including lease management, insurance documentation, compliance tracking, and coordination of legal and regulatory paperwork, ensuring meticulous documentation and efficiency in operations.



Your Skills and Experience:



  • Previous experience within the property industry essential ideally lettings

  • Fantastic customer service skills

  • Previous administration experience

  • Good accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Confident and ambitious

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders

  • Proficient in MS office
