Are you a skilled Building/Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise? Our client, a reputable property development company based in Bournemouth, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team and take charge of managing a vibrant development.


As the main point of contact for tenants, you will be responsible for creating a sense of community within the development. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that residents have the best rental experience possible. In addition, you will build strong relationships with commercial tenants, addressing any queries in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, delegating tasks to the team as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory health and safety requirements.

  • Manage and train a team responsible for both residential and office elements of the building.

  • Forge productive relationships with service partners, developers, and contractors to ensure efficient building management and maintenance.

  • Coordinate tenant services and community-building activities.

  • Maintain resident communication through various channels, including social media.

  • Seek special offers and discounts from local businesses for residents.

  • Organise and oversee contractor appointments and defect warranty repairs.

  • Carry out regular inspections of communal areas and apartments.

  • Control the building expenditure budget and maximise value for money.


Skills and Experience:



  • Previous experience in building management and lettings.

  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
