Working Pattern: Full Time (Remote)

We are currently looking for a Programme Support Officer to join our client's dynamic team. As a Programme Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and programmes. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to the programme management team to ensure the smooth running of projects

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, workshops, and training sessions

  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including agendas, minutes, and progress reports

  • Maintain accurate records and databases to track project activities and deliverables

  • Assist with financial tracking and reporting, including budget monitoring and expense reconciliation

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

  • Support the planning and implementation of project communications and engagement strategies

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in a similar support role, ideally within a project or programme management environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
