Our client, a leading organisation in their field within the Not For Profit industry, is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team. If you are a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administrative and secretarial skills, this role could be perfect for you!

Duties:




  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Directors/Heads Of.

  • Assist the Finance Director with company secretarial duties.

  • Manage key meetings including Board Meetings, Council Meetings, Annual General Meeting, and Board Committee Meetings.

  • Update and manage lists, contact details, labels, and nameplates for meetings.

  • Format and amend all papers for meetings and ensure timely distribution.

  • Manage the diaries of all Directors/Heads Of and draught and prepare papers, agendas, and reports.

  • Coordinate and chase materials on behalf of Directors/Heads Of and handle phone calls, visitors, and correspondence.

  • Organise meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV requirements.

  • Assist with booking travel and prepare detailed itineraries for trips.

  • Support CEO events, including registration and arrangements.

  • Update the CRM system and perform general administrative tasks.

  • Support the CEO's Executive Assistant occasionally with administration.



Requirements:




  • Experience as a Personal OR Team Assistant in a commercial environment is desirable but not essential.

  • Strong administrative and secretarial skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Highly organised with strong time management abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently under pressure.

  • Flexibility to work early mornings or evenings when required.

  • Keen to learn and grow in a dynamic working environment.
