Salary: £18 per hour!

📝 Duties:



  • Manage complex and busy diaries for 8 senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation.

  • Process and log company and personal expenses and invoices accurately and efficiently.

  • Effectively manage inboxes, ensuring messages are handled promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate complex meeting room bookings, optimising resource utilisation and ensuring seamless meeting experiences.

  • Secure and organise papers and briefings for meetings, ensuring executives are well-prepared.

  • Assist with adhoc tasks as required, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability.

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and VIPs, creating a positive impression of the organisation.

  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.


🎯 Requirements:



  • Proven experience in diary management, booking meeting rooms, and processing expenses.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with executives and external partners.

  • Proficiency in using MS Packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.

  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
