Part Time Finance Assistant and Reception


Salary: £24k (full time) £12k (Part time)


Location: London Bridge


Hours: 20 hours a week ( to be completed between Monday-Thursday)


This design studio are looking to hire someone for an admin and finance support role reporting directly to the Financial Controller on a part time basis.


Applicants do not necessarily need experience within Finance but be interested and keen to learn duties within admin and finance.


Duties:



  • Processing supplier invoices, staff expenses

  • Keeping accurate finance records

  • Answering calls and emails

  • Welcoming visitors to the office

  • Distributing post

  • Booking couriers and dealing with deliveries

  • Assist with any admin duties


Requirements:



  • Looking for part time hours only

  • Previous experience within Reception

  • Experience within finance is beneficial

  • Experience using Sage software is beneficial

  • Available to start a role immediately
