Office Assistant/PA to CEO


Location: Egham


Contract Type: Permanent


Annual Salary: £32,000 - £40,000, depending on experience


Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid working

About the Role


As the Office Assistant/PA to the CEO, you will be the backbone of the organisation, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is not just an administrative role; it's a chance to engage with all areas of the business and contribute to the company strategy. Your proactive approach will be key in enhancing their efficiency and organisation.


Key Responsibilities:


Office Management:


- Oversee daily office operations for a productive environment.


- Manage office supplies, facilities, and filing systems.


- Front of house duties with a warm, professional touch.


PA Duties:


- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare itineraries for the CEO and senior team.


- Create reports, presentations, and take minutes during meetings.


- Organise travel arrangements, events, and special celebrations.


- Handle expense reports and personal errands for the CEO as required.


HR and Administrative Support:


- Assist with on boarding and off boarding processes, including contracts and offer letters.


- Track holiday, sickness records, and other HR metrics.


- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and strategic planning


Essential Skills and Experience:


- Experience in a similar role.


- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.


- Confident in working with senior executives and external stakeholders.


- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
