About The Job:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with account managers on a variety of administrative and coordination tasks

  • Prepare sales quotations using Excel and PowerPoint πŸ“Š

  • Create engaging image presentations and documents, including floorplans

  • Assist in specifying products that align with client function, design, and budget needs

  • Liaise with clients, addressing queries related to specifications

  • Learn about suppliers and their products to enhance your expertise

  • Support sales professionals with day-to-day needs, including orders and presentations

  • Participate in showroom and client visits to assist in product selection

  • Develop your product knowledge continuously

  • Resolve manufacturer or client queries through effective communication

  • Attend meetings with the team and clients to discuss project details

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and suppliers

  • Providing personal assistant duties to the directors when needed. 🀝


Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required:



  • Proven experience as a dedicated administrator supporting a busy team

  • Experience within logistics and/ or operations

  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Ability to thrive under pressure

  • Confident telephone manner
