Office / Operations Manager - Datchet
Salary: £30k-£60k depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 8am - 430pm
28 Days Holiday inclusive of BH

Office Angels are delighted to be working in partnership with this rapidly expanding aviation business with a global reach, based in Datchet. We are searching for an experienced Office / Operations Manager to lead a team of six in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business. A background in the aviation / defence sector would be a real advantage.



Taking the lead on company performance, internal operations, and long-term strategic direction, the Office Manager will collaborate with global leadership on long-term business strategy, top-line growth, and strategic investment decisions.
You'll join a global network of six companies under the corporate group, dedicated to solving our client's most challenging aviation fleet, parts, and maintenance problems.


The Role:


As the Office Manager, you will:



* Lead a team of six, focusing on day-to-day operations management, business strategy, top-line growth, and strategic operational improvements.
* Oversee daily operations and functional execution, manage client projects, and maintain strong client relationships.
* Drive sales, procurement, shipping, and HR decisions, and execute strategic business investments.
* Acquire and retain clients, improving relations through performance-based metrics.
* Engage in a 1-2-week training in Los Angeles, CA, USA, followed by continual coaching and mentorship.
* You will oversee HR, sales, procurement, shipping, and packaging teams, and manage external IT teams. Collaborate with international company leaders across the United States, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Turkey on strategic decision-making and project collaboration.


Role Requirements



* Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering, STEM or Management
* 4+ years of work experience in a similar role.
* Aerospace and/or defence experience is preferable.
* Ability to travel internationally for client and supplier meetings, partner company collaborations, and conferences.
* Strong leadership, time-management, multitasking, and communication skills.
