Job Title: Office Manager


Location: Notting Hill, London


Remuneration: £32,000 - £40,000


Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)


Responsibilities: Join a friendly and supportive team in a high-end interior design organisation!



🌟 We are seeking a strong Office Manager who can start ASAP and bring a vibrant energy to our dynamic office environment. 🌟



Key Responsibilities:


HR:



  • Maintain and update administrative and personnel databases 📊

  • Handle visa applications for travel and prospective foreign employees

  • Assist in human resources functions and support staff morale

  • Manage employee leave time records (holiday, sick leave, etc.)

  • Prepare and maintain various reports for administrative tasks


Accounts:



  • Manage and allocate funds for office expenditures

  • Liaise with the accounts department and maintain HR databases

  • Send out invoices and statements as client payment reminders 💼

  • Set up new project folders and manage billing & AR report


PA (to CEO):



  • Assist with diary management and travel arrangements ✈️

  • Handle limited personal arrangements for the CEO


Facilities:



  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office structure and equipment

  • Maintain inventory and liaise with suppliers for cleaning, maintenance, and more

  • Organise meetings, conference calls, gatherings, and events 🎉


IT:



  • Set up new employees as part of their induction with IT services

  • Previous experience as an account's assistant

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills 📞

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Proficient in Excel
