We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office & Finance Administrator to join our client's team and make a significant impact on their operations!



💼 Working as an Office & Finance Administrator with this very well established global manufacturing business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of their office and finance functions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with their dedicated team and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.



📌 Key Responsibilities:



  • Entering of sales orders, monitor/amend orders placed by Sales offices

  • Liaising with production, issue of date confirmation for orders

  • Shipment preparation, invoicing and dispatch documentation

  • Liaising with logistics departments at customer sites (internal and external)

  • Responsible for arranging and booking transport for dispatches

  • Supplier evaluation for freight companies

  • Efficiently manage all office-related tasks, including correspondence, filing, and document management

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring seamless operations

  • Handle financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining financial records

  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments to employees

  • Collaborate with the finance team to record incoming and manual outgoing invoices and credit notes, raising and issue purchasing orders, reconcile supplier statements and monitor weekly time sheets, holidays and sick days



💼 Is this you?



  • Proven experience in office administration roles, great if you have some finance experience however this aspect can be trained.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
