Our client is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Diary Management: Take charge of diary management, ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently.

  • Dictation Handling: Utilise the system for daily dictations, ensuring accuracy and timely transcription.

  • Communication: Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, serving as the first point of contact.

  • Document Management: Maintain various schedules up to date, including personal lists and other important documents.

  • Office Supplies: Order stationery as needed to keep the office running smoothly.

  • Appointment Booking: Schedule work-related appointments to facilitate smooth operations.

  • Filing: Engage in physical filing tasks to keep the office organised.


Working Hours:



  • Monday to Thursday: 9 AM to 5 PM

  • Friday: 9 AM to 4 PM


Flexible hours (such as 10 AM to 4 PM) may be considered for the right candidate.



Compensation:



  • Salary of £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
