Office Administrator
Salary: £25-30k Full time salary (to be pro rata for initial part time hours)
Hours: this role will initially be part time, 3 days a week, Wed, Thur and Friday. After around 3 months the role will go full time. All applicants must be happy with both part time and full time hours

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join this design company and contribute to the day-to-day operations of their London Bridge based office.
As the Office Administrator, you will be at the forefront of our organisation, providing essential support and creating a welcoming atmosphere for their clients and employees alike. If this role sounds perfect for you please apply!
Responsibilities:
- Reception duties, welcoming guests and clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Set up and prepare boardrooms for meetings, ensuring everything is organised
- Coordinate and order lunches for meetings and events
- Keep the office clean and presentable, regularly conducting housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment
- Take charge of office supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders as needed
- Any other adhoc admin support needs as and when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
