You will be reporting directly to the Senior Management team to be the compassionate, safe pair of hands for all things admin so if you're able to effortlessly manage a variety of responsibilities simultaneously with a calm and flexible approach to work, then this is going to be the perfect opportunity for you.


Due to the importance of this role, you will need to show you have recent and similar experience of working in a front-line administrative position to ensure you can hit the ground running.


Role: Office Administrator


Location: LS7, free parking


Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm


Salary: £24,963 - £26,324 per annum



Responsibilities:



  • General reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors and accepting deliveries

  • Taking calls, and monitoring of voicemails and email inboxes, ensuring messages are checked and dealt with regularly

  • General administrative duties such as sorting and opening mail, scanning or photocopying documents, sending out post, organising and processing invoices

  • Assisting with the organisation of events

  • Using social media to interact with the public to post content and monitor engagement

  • Maintaining and managing office supplies

  • Liaising with utility companies and service providers, booking in repairs and planned maintenance

  • Updating the database with information and creating reports

  • Booking in repairs and making/chasing up appointments; writing letters and carrying out satisfaction surveys

  • Taking minutes of meetings

  • Liaising with suppliers and making online purchases according to requirements of the service

  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as and where required by the Senior Management team


To be considered, you will need:



  • Previous experience in a similar role including Front of House duties

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Diligence and attention to detail

  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
