We are seeking an experienced Mobile Device Technician to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
**YOU WILL play a crucial role in providing technical support across the UK!**
As a Mobile Device Technician, you will:
- Install new software on customer devices, troubleshoot software issues, and ensure connectivity.
- Perform factory resets to optimize device performance.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on using new software.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolve customer issues efficiently.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets).
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping others.
