Part-Time Marketing Executive (20 hours/week)
Location: Remote with one office day per month in Syston
Working Hours: Flexible between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday


We are looking for an organised and creative individual to join our team as a part-time Sales Enablement & Content Specialist. You will be a key contributor in optimising Highspot, our sales enablement platform, ensuring that our sales teams have the content and resources they need to succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals returning to work, such as after maternity leave.


Key Responsibilities:


Platform Management:



  • Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of Highspot.

  • Monitor user engagement and feedback to improve platform usability and effectiveness.


Content Creation:



  • Generate engaging sales materials that resonate with our target audience.

  • Collaborate with sales teams and the commercial marketing manager to identify content gaps and areas for improvement.

  • Regularly review and update content to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance.


Collaboration:



  • Work closely with external suppliers to brief and manage the creation of new sales content.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.


Sales Training & Support:



  • Provide training sessions and ongoing support to sales teams on using Highspot effectively.

  • Troubleshoot any issues with the platform to ensure seamless operation.


Performance Tracking:



  • Measure the effectiveness of content and enablement tools, reporting insights and suggesting improvements.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.

  • Experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and copywriting.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

  • Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience in tracking the performance of sales enablement tools is a plus.

  • Marketing qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
