Job Title: Marketing and Fundraising Coordinator


Location: Ascot


Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience



  • 26 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

  • Hybrid - 2 Days WFH


About Our Client:


Our client, a well-established charity, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Fundraising Coordinator to join their team. With a rich history dating back to 1793, our client is dedicated to supporting people through various initiatives and programmes. Responsibilities:



  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.

  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional collateral.

  • Manage and update the charity's website and social media channels to ensure content is current and engaging.

  • Support the planning and execution of fundraising events and activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of donors and fundraising activities using the charity's CRM system.

  • Draught and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications to promote the charity's activities.

  • Support the organisation and execution of events, representing the charity and building relationships with stakeholders.

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

  • Collaborate with the team to support overall charity goals.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and marketing strategies.


The Ideal Candidate:



  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field desirable

  • Proven experience in a marketing role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Punctual, reliable, and organised.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practises.

  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Premier Pro).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.



  • Experience in fundraising or nonprofit organisations.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and databases.


Technologies:



  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Premier Pro).

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
