We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's residential property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in administration and looking to progress into property management.


JOB TITLE: Administrator

SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000


Job Description:



  • Welcome new tenants to the property, check in and check out.

  • Investigate and resolve resident complaints.

  • Enforce occupancy policies and procedures.

  • Maintain timely communications with residents and tenants.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly statements.

  • Ensure timely payments and collections.

  • Schedule expenditures.

  • Check and pay invoices.

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records.



  • Monitor and complete maintenance and repairs cost-effectively, implementing preventative maintenance.

  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring effective communication and adherence to timelines.

  • Ensure security and health requirements are met.

  • Organise incoming and outgoing inspections and prepare inspection reports.

  • Provide ad hoc services for members of the family.


The Ideal Candidate:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferrable.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

  • Interest in residential and commercial property.

  • Trustworthy and a team player.

  • Highly organised and self-motivated.

  • Great attention to detail and proactive.

  • Discreet in handling sensitive information.
