We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's residential property portfolio. SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000
Job Description:
- Welcome new tenants to the property, check in and check out.
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints.
- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures.
- Maintain timely communications with residents and tenants.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements.
- Ensure timely payments and collections.
- Schedule expenditures.
- Check and pay invoices.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Monitor and complete maintenance and repairs cost-effectively, implementing preventative maintenance.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring effective communication and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure security and health requirements are met.
- Organise incoming and outgoing inspections and prepare inspection reports.
- Provide ad hoc services for members of the family.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferrable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Interest in residential and commercial property.
- Trustworthy and a team player.
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- Great attention to detail and proactive.
- Discreet in handling sensitive information.
