We are currently seeking a creative and dynamic Junior Fashion Designer to join their team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for the latest trends.
Our client is a fast-growing fashion brand known for its trend-setting styles.

Job Title: Junior Fashion Designer - Womenswear
Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop fashion items in line with our client's brand identity and target market.
* Work closely with suppliers to ensure designs are produced accurately and meet quality standards.
* Keep up-to-date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours, and shapes.
* Prepare CADS, tech packs, and presentations for new collections.
* Attend Fit Sessions and provide fit comments to Suppliers
* Assist in the selection of suitable fabrics and trims.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
* 1+ years of experience in fashion design, ideally in a fast fashion environment.
* Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
* Excellent drawing skills with an attention to detail in garment styling and construction.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes.
* Knowledge in print design.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
