As the Office/HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing office operations, resource planning, and HR. Your main objective will be to ensure that the business delivers the best service possible for their clients, while meeting all business requirements and complying with service level agreements.

🔑 RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Manage and oversee the administration team, ensuring efficient operations and effective resource planning.👥

  • Work closely with other managers to oversee the mobile engineering workforce, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.👩‍💻

  • Monitor job progress and status, ensuring that works are processed efficiently to meet financial targets.📊

  • Maintain client service levels by achieving KPIs and SLA targets on a weekly and monthly basis.📆

  • Collaborate with internal staff and external consultants to maintain technical and management system accreditations.🤝

  • Assist with the implementation of new IT systems for clients, suppliers, and employees.💻

  • Contribute to the improvement of existing work procedures and processes.🔄

  • Mentor the team to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. 🔝

  • Oversee HR requirements such as staff amendments in collaboration with external consultants. 💼

  • Ensure customer service standards are consistently met.📞


PREFERABLE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:



  • Experience in Office and HR management.

  • Strong understanding of personnel HR needs.

  • Proven experience in managing a team.

  • Background in Property Services organisations would be advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to resolve queries.

  • IT literate with a good understanding of systems.

  • Team player with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others.


💰 SALARY & BENEFITS:


The final salary package will be determined based on your skills and experience.


Please note that this role is fully office based in North London from Monday - Friday.
