Key Responsibilities as the HR Advisor



  • Provide comprehensive HR support and advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with organisational goals.

  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

  • Support the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall HR operations and employee experience.

  • Provide support during organisational changes and help manage transitions effectively.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
