We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a strategic mindset to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will be an HR professional who can contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our clients goals.


Key Responsibilities as HR Advisor



  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.


Qualifications:



  • Proven working experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and strategic initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law.

  • Experience with HR metrics and performance management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
