FTC 6 months- Compliance Administrator - Charity Industry - £24,000


Start Date: ASAP


Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm


Location: BD5- Parking on-site

Office Angels are proudly partnering with a Children's Services Provider in Bradford. The services provided are Residential Childcare, Fostering and Education services. You will be helping with all the Compliance Administration for one of the support workers within the team for a 6-month fixed term period. Experience with Administration is essential and some exposure to compliance admin specifically is a bonus!



What duties will you be doing on daily basis?



  • Ensuring all on-going applications are kept up to date, DBS checks, references, ID and missing information chased regularly to ensure the candidates file is complete.

  • Keeping spreadsheets and databases up to date, analysing and interpreting data when requested.

  • Attending meetings when needed

  • Quality assuring completed applicant files in a timely manner

  • Ensure all leavers and any employee changes logged internally

  • Liaising with payroll to ensure all payments are accurate

  • Support the HR Compliance Coordinator and HR Support Officer in administration of ongoing projects

  • All aspects of administration related to the post that would include filing, shredding, photocopying, scanning, office maintenance, dealing with internal and external post, answering phones, taking messages, data inputting, auditing, collation of material, diary management, chasing missing paperwork


To be considered for this opportunity you will:



  • Have experience in an Administration role- Exposure to compliance is a bonus

  • Be highly organised

  • Understand working to deadlines and the confidentiality of all documents

  • Be IT Literate - Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and CRM systems
