Role: Financial Controller/ Bookkeeper


Location: Bradford, BD12 - Free car parking available


Hours: 37.5 hours Standard office hours are 08:30 - 5:00pm however there is flexibility around start and finish times and if you wanted to do 5 days over 4!


Start Date: ASAP


Salary: £27,000-£32,000 DOE

They are looking for a Financial Controller who will be dealing with Accounts Receivable and Payable! Please read the duties to understand the specific duties.



Key Duties:



  • General running of the accounts

  • Purchased Ledger and Sales Ledger

  • Generating and process invoices, inputting on the CRM system

  • Build relationships with key customers

  • Support and complete bank and supplier reconciliations

  • Processing of financial transactions

  • Maintaining accurate records

  • Reporting including Cash Flow Forecasts, P&L etc

  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice queries promptly, ensuring smooth operational relationships.

  • Credit Control - chasing outstanding debt


Experience needed for this role



  • Previous experience as a Bookkeeper / Financial controller

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Used to managing own workload and working in a small team

  • IT Literate - CRM systems, Outlook, Excel (Intermediate user)
