⏰ Working Pattern: Part Time onsite Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm, however these hours are flexible!

Look no further, because we have the perfect opportunity for you! A leading educational institution in Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis from September.


As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team in various financial tasks. Your attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will be essential in ensuring accurate financial records and transactions.


What you'll be doing:



  • Assisting with day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices and expenses.

  • Conducting regular financial reconciliations and identifying any discrepancies.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding finance-related queries and providing necessary support.

  • Contributing to process improvements and initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.


What you can bring to the role:



  • A passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Previous experience in a finance-related role is desirable but not essential as full training is given.

  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
