📢 We are seeking a Finance Assistant!


Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm


Location: Brighton


Salary: £30K-£35K

🔎 Key Responsibilities:



  • Assisting with day-to-day financial activities, including processing invoices, keeping accurate records, and reconciling bank statements.

  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • Analysing financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a proactive manner.

  • Supporting the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

  • Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to assist with decision-making.

  • Maintaining compliance with financial policies and procedures.

  • Assisting with audit preparations and liaising with external auditors.

  • Contributing to the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.


📚 Requirements:



  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • Proven experience working in a finance or accounting role.

  • Proficiency in financial software and strong knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
