Role Overview:
As an Education Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our educational programmes. You will assist with administrative tasks, ensuring that our faculty, staff, and students have the resources they need to succeed. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will be vital in maintaining efficient office processes and providing excellent service to our educational community.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support to faculty and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of educational materials, such as syllabi, handouts, and student resources.

  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all information is up to date and easily accessible.

  • Support the registration process for students, including handling inquiries and processing applications.

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops, ensuring all logistics are in place for successful execution.

  • Assist in the management of budgets, supplies, and resources related to educational programmes.

  • Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and staff in a professional and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow across departments.

  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the line manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with educational software.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
