Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO


Location: Old Street! Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days from home!


Start Date: W/C 1st July 2024- must be able to interview this week!


Contract Type: Temp To Perm


Working Pattern: Full Time


Hours: 35 hours, 9:00-5:00pm/ or 8:00am-16:00pm


-Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 (£21.98- £23.63 per hour)

Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate closely with the Chair, CEO, and Executive Team to develop and execute the organisation's strategic plans and objectives.

  • Prepare and draught documents, reports, and materials for Board and Sub-Committee meetings.

  • Attend Board meetings and take accurate minutes to document discussions and decisions.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on all actions and directives set by the Trustees.

  • Review and revise governance policies and processes in coordination with the Protector.

  • Support the Chair in enhancing the effectiveness and inclusivity of the Board.

  • Coordinate and facilitate the planning, prioritisation, and reporting processes within the organisation.

  • Manage the business of Executive Team and Leadership Group meetings, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

  • Foster collaboration and inclusivity across the organisation and support cross-org groups.

  • Provide additional support to priority projects, ensuring their successful and timely delivery.

  • Assist in organising organisation-wide events, meetings, and communications.


Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:



  • Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, supporting senior-level executives.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.


Technologies:



  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
