In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all product labelling and documentation meet corporate and external requirements. Job Title: Design/Labelling Coordinator


Location: Ashford, Kent


Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE


Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm with 45 minutes for lunch, Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm with 1 hour for lunch


Hybrid working: Yes once fully trained, 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

As a Labelling Coordinator your key responsibilities would be to:



  • Serve as the primary resource for the in house system, conducting and managing tasks within Agile.

  • Facilitate and coordinate labelling implementations by providing updated artwork to factory teams and suppliers.

  • Ensure labelling is updated, compliant, and meets trademark deadlines to avoid penalties.

  • Run meetings and support projects to ensure timelines are met.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of written procedures for department operations.

  • Provide support and guidance to customers, cross-functional teams, and distribution sites regarding labelling matters.

  • Allocate support to risk mitigation in projects.


Skills and experience required for this role:



  • Ideally experience in label design, labelling systems, project management, technical writing, or documentation systems.

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator and InDesign preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Software applications and Product Lifecycle Management systems (example: Agile or Oracle).

  • Working knowledge of printing processes and artwork output requirements would be desirable.

  • The ability to plan and conduct effective meetings and presentations.

  • Troubleshoot and detect issues within processes and systems.
