JOB TITLE: Data Administrator, Immediate start


LOCATION: Plymouth


HOURLY RATE:£12.50 ph


HOURS:  Monday -


Thursday (08:00am - 4:00pm), Friday (08:00am-2:00pm)

THE COMPANY: A well established, global company who provide industries with asset integrity services, with a focus on improving energy efficiency and extending asset life cycles.


THE ROLE: The Data administrator will be providing administrative support to the operations team, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Main responsibilities will include supporting week timesheets and data entry.




MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Overseeing weekly timesheets

  • Assist with the preparation and submission of time sheets

  • Maintain holiday trackers and manage holiday requests

  • Accountability of the collation of hours and material spend, input this into valuation spreadsheets

  • Raise purchase requisitions and tracking orders

  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner


KEY SKILLS:




  • Previous Data admin experience

  • Sage experience is desirable

  • Proven excel experience is required

  • Prior admin experience working for a medium to large companies

  • Attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise work
